VERSA is a next-generation digital platform designed to streamline and automate the entire mortgage and conveyancing journey in the UK from mortgage offer through to post-completion. It's built for mortgage lenders, conveyancers and various other stakeholders involved in residential property transactions—delivering a fully digital, transparent and efficient digital workflow process.

Unlike traditional systems that primarily focus on one aspect (such as panel management), VERSA offers a fully integrated platform covering both panel and digital workflow management. This includes real-time data verification, automated workflows, secure digital communication and world-class analytics, plus unique solutions to solve the larger challenges of a clear visible workflow, post-offer queries, e-signatures, COT's, insurance and unregistered charges.

VERSA includes twelve core products, which are featured above. Our VERSA Assure products cover panel management, whilst the rest of the products focus on digital workflow management for every case or transaction.

VERSA recognises that many law firms already use CMS across their firm and other providers such as search providers. One of the core principles in building VERSA is to create an open platform, whereby VERSA can integrate with all value-add, complementary products and partners. Once the platform is complete and fully operational, VERSA will offer API's to all other existing software systems that it makes sense to integrate with, from a conveyancer's perspective, including any of the main CMS providers. Our API's will enable them to directly or indirectly (potentially through a partner) integrate with the VERSA platform. We recognise that law firms would want VERSA needs to update their CMS system, to ensure they remain in sync and to avoid any double capture of data. We are already in discussions with a key partner to make this happen.
