VERSA is a platform to connect the Mortgage Lender to Conveyancers, Consumers and various other parties in the mortgage conveyancing process.

UK Lenders have been looking to digitise the end-to-end mortgage journey for many years. At the Application to Offer stage, excellent progress has been made, whereas at the Offer to Completion, much work remains to be done. Connectivity between UK Lenders and most Conveyancing firms remains predominately manual and disconnected, with much of the transaction being processed in silos, with little sharing of critical data and information.
